Re: Greater Anglia Petition
Last night trains cancelled due to speed restrictions, which didn't stop 3 trains belting through Chelmsford. Had to wait 25 minutes for a fucking train in the freezing cold.

Delayed this morning, and sat between Shenfield/Ingatestone for 7 minutes with no word.

How the fuck these cunts won an award baffles me.

Greater Essex?

Fuck right off.

I love fishing the Essex side of the Stour where there are regular pillboxes placed strategically to keep the tractor fanciers out.

Really need to build a wall around the M25 / M11 with immigration control points at pinch points such as the A12 / A414 entry areas into the promised land.

South of the A127 will have to be given up as some kind of DMZ, that's lost already of course.

Trains will be tricker.

Perhaps termination at Romford.

Can't be too safe.

The trains in this country are an utter disgrace, as is the bus service (outside of London).

Greater Anglia?

Sod that.

I'm in favour of Greater Essex, extending Northwards to Yorkshire and Westwards to Wales.

They're the natural borders, together with the Thames and the North Sea...

Not getting a train on Saturday match days helped me make the decision to kick it right into touch.

Has there been a Saturday since we moved to Stratford when there was no service issues on these lines?

Re: Greater Anglia Petition
I left my job in London back in 2013 and took a £12k a year pay cut to work local simply because of these cunts. Daily I would travel from Wivenhoe to London and DAILY there would be problems. Up at 6am and home around 8pm with no quality of life. No money is worth your health and mine was suffering.

I now earn less but have a 20 min journey to work, no real responsibility and no aggro.

It's not my commute, but I like to spend as much time as possible in Norfolk and Suffolk, and I agree the service is appalling, even at non-peak times.
